SCANhead3D series high speed scanning galvanometer can lead 10mm、12mm and 14mm light spot reflection lens. SCANhead14-3D Scanhead entrance aperture is 14mm,broadly used in optical scanning,laser marking,drilling,micromachining,medical and other industries.The optical scanning system has low drift, high positioning accuracy  and reliable operation stability and other characteristics, the performance has reached the leading domestic level. It is mainly used in optical fiber, YAG and CO2 lasers. This three-dimensional scanning galvanometer  can choose different wavelengths, different power levels of lenses, to support the XY2-100 international general agreement.
